When weather is missing
Check location permission, the Apple Account state needed by WeatherKit, connectivity, and device date and time. Without location, use editing features that do not depend on weather.
When a purchase or subscription will not restore
Use App Store restore purchases with the purchasing Apple Account. Check renewal or cancellation in Apple Account Subscriptions settings, and include product name and app version.

Does Tokiora use location?
When weather display or sync is enabled, current location is used and sent to Apple to obtain weather through WeatherKit. Editing remains available without permission.
How do I cancel a subscription?
Manage or cancel it in Apple Account Subscriptions settings. Deleting the app does not cancel it.
Can I delete creations or restore a purchase?
Delete creations, layers, and custom parts in the app. Restore purchases through the App Store with the same Apple Account.
