When iCloud or photos do not sync
Check the same Apple Account, iCloud and app settings, connectivity, and storage. Deletion, including photos, can appear on synced devices, so check important items first.
When the on-device model will not download
Check device eligibility, Wi-Fi, and about 4 GB of free storage. AI input is unavailable until verification finishes. The model download still connects to its Hugging Face host.
Frequently asked questions
Is product text sent to an external AI service?
On-device AI analyzes input on the device and does not send input text to an external AI service. The app connects to the Hugging Face model host only when obtaining the model.
Can I recover a deleted product?
An individually deleted product can be recovered for about 30 days. Permanent, bulk, and list deletion removes it immediately.
Can I use the app without location or voice permission?
Yes, basic lists remain available. Nearby-store and arrival features need location, while voice entry needs microphone and speech-recognition permission.
