When photo import or recognition fails
Use a bright photo showing the full grid without cropped digits. Check photo or camera permission and storage, then review the recognized grid before saving.
When handwriting or history behaves unexpectedly
Check the input mode and selected cell, then restart the app. If a digit is not recognized as you expect, try handwriting recognition training or the number buttons.
Frequently asked questions
Are imported photos sent outside the device?
Puzzle import and handwriting recognition use Vision on the device. The image and result are handled as local puzzle or record data.
Can I restore unlimited puzzle-book access?
Use App Store restore purchases with the Apple Account used for the purchase.
Can I delete saved puzzles and play records?
You can delete puzzles saved in the problem book. There is no control to clear all play records. Delete the app through device settings to remove all local app data.
