Guide data handled on the device

The app handles current location, motion information for ride detection, settings, and short-lived ride history on the device. Bundled public railway data is also read on the device.

Where location is used

Location and motion information are used on the device for current- and next-station guidance and ride detection. The app has no developer location server, account feature, or proprietary cloud sync for guide data.

Apple’s App Store handles purchases and restores.

Permissions and on-device deletion

Location, motion, and notification permissions are needed for guidance, detection, and alerts; change them in device settings. Change or delete settings and short-lived history in the app.

Emailing support

We receive support email and attachments to reply. Support email and history are normally deleted within 12 months. Do not send passwords, payment details, or unnecessary location information.
